Welcome to eco@homeeco@home is a quarterly consumer publication created by the Iowa Association of Municipal Utilities (IAMU). The digest-sized, 12-page piece moves readers to consume electricity, gas, and water more efficiently, saving dollars and benefiting our environment. Each article inspires and motivates every household to take action with ideas, often at low or no cost. As utilities respond to regulatory pressure to increase conservation programs, actionable communications are vital. Consumers recognize the need to make wise choices creating a safer, cleaner environment at home, in the community and globally. eco@home will be a welcome reminder of the special partnership that exists between municipality and customer. IAMU has chosen to make eco@home available in Iowa and other states. We believe the mission of reducing resource consumption, saving money and improving our environment extends well beyond state and national boundaries.
