Distinguished Service Award Winners

ELIGIBILITY: Any official of an Iowa municipal utility who has been active in the Association for at least ten (10) years that show: Exceptional leadership and contributions to municipal utilities and to the attainment of the goals and enhancement of prestige of the Iowa Association of Municipal Utilities, recognition by the nominee's peers, exemplification of the highest ideals and finest traditions in management of municipally owned utility systems, and contribution to the betterment of the community, the area, the state, or the nation.
